Wooden stands are crafted from 18 mm melamine-faced chipboard (Suntalem), offering enhanced aesthetics and functional design. In contrast, Maxima stands are constructed using 8 mm aluminum profiles and pillars combined with 8 mm chipboard panels. Maxima designs can be further enriched with materials such as fabric, lightboxes, and mesh (tulle) to create a sophisticated visual impact.
Booth prices vary depending on whether the booth is made of wood or Maxima, the choice of materials used, and its size in square meters.
Following the approval of the stand design, a contract is signed between the parties in accordance with the agreed terms. Then, the dimensions of the stand's visuals are shared with you, and you are expected to create graphic designs that fit these dimensions. We place the submitted visuals on the stand one last time and present you with the final design. The final version of the project is uploaded to the exhibition system by us. After the manufacturing process begins, we deliver the stand to you as the final stage of the installation process.
Exhibition stand design is tailored to a company’s specific needs, budget, and target audience. During the design process, key factors such as stand dimensions, spatial layout, color palettes, graphic elements, and lighting are meticulously considered to ensure maximum impact
Trade fair organizers usually provide specific dates and times for booth setup. These dates may be a few days before the fair begins. Therefore, it is important to follow the schedule set by the organizers.
